This is the fastest way to reach our Support Centre staff, who will gladly provide you instructions on how to drop off an animal.

Our drop-off hours are 9:00 am – 3:00 pm, and our Support Centre team is available from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm daily, 7 Days/Week. If you are dropping off an animal after-hours please find more information here. Thank you for your cooperation and support!
